How do I withdraw from my course?

If you withdraw by written request via fax to 954-241-5159 or e-mail to registrar@virtualhse.com, by the 3rd calendar day after the day you registered, you will receive a partial refund, minus the registration fee.

The following is our cancellation and refund policy.

  1. If you cancel within 3 business days of the day you signed the Agreement, you will receive a refund of all money you have paid to the school, less the non-refundable $150.00 registration fee.

  2. If you cancel up to 7 business days after enrollment and before any online exam or coursework has been taken or reviewed, you will owe an administrative fee of 20% of the tuition, excluding the non-refundable registration fee listed above.  You will receive all money you have paid in excess of the administrative fee and the non-refundable registration fee.

  3. There is no refund after 7 business days.

  4. Payment plans:  If you have signed up for a payment plan and if you fail to make any payment within 5 business days of its due date, the school may cancel this Agreement.  Your entire tuition obligation will become due and payable immediately, and you will no longer be entitled to any refunds unless you cure the default within 10 business days of our notice to you.

  5. You will be charged a late fee of $10.00 for each monthly payment which is not paid within 5 days of its due date.  If you submit as a payment under this Agreement a check, draft, or money order which is dishonored, you will be charged a fee of $35.00 if 10 days have elapsed since we notified you of such dishonor at the email address provided in our records, without such check, draft, or money order being made good. Access to coursework will be denied until account is in good standing.
