Dual enrollment |
|

| Students may concurrently enroll with Virtual High School of Excellence and another public/private school with approval and signature of the public school principal, required on the enrollment form. Students taking three or fewer classes at their local school qualify for dual enrollment with Virtual High School of Excellence and another school. If you are interested in this option, you will check the Dual Enrollment box on the Enrollment Application. Students taking four or more courses in one school are considered full-time and are ineligible to enroll with another school unless prior approval is granted by the public/private school. |

| Part-time Enrollment |
| A student who is not enrolled in another public/private school or correspondence program may enroll part-time with Virtual High School of Excellence by taking fewer than 4 courses. |

- Grade Level Course Selection form or HS Yearly Planner
- Parent/Guardian Agreement (one of the two copies)
- Student Withdrawal Verification
- Birth certificate copy
- Immunization/health record (if not held by previous school)
- *Authorization to Obtain Special Education Records form (if applicable)
